Have an 88 Indy 650 with Psi race ipes, port/polish and 39mm bored carbs. Have 50 gram weights in primary, and rpm's seem pretty good around 9200, but want to get the engagement up a little. have the blue polaris spring in now and it engages at 4200 and I want it around 4800. What spring seems to work best? also any other suggestions as in the helix and secondary or gears appreciated. Thanks for your help

You can try EPI almond which is 165/280 or EPI purple which is 185/275. Those two springs will raise your engagement. Polaris blue is rated 120/285 so Id go with EPI almond first. WL

Install some Polaris "02" weights or notch yours.
