i was wondering what the bar/handle thing on the back of the tunnelis , it seems to be on all the polaris's i've seen but don't know what it's for. On some it has a little plastic cover on it but don't know what the heck it is... just wondering
Its only on the short track models, the longtracks all have a rear heat exchanger instead of the tunnel coolers that your short track models do. The coolant in a long track travels down the sides of the running board under the roll grip back to a rubber hose under the plastic rear covers and to the heat exchanger and then back down the other side. You short track goes down one side of the tunnel through the hose you are talking about and back down the other side of the tunnel.
