Hello I am putting reeds in my 2002 XC 800. On my old sled I could take the airbox right out and it gave me lots of room to pull the crabs out. This one looks different whats the best way to get everything out of the way to get the new v force reeds in? Pics would be great! thanks!

Same way. Remove the airbox and loosen the clamps on the carb boots.

It should be pretty similar. One of the easier jobs to do.

The edge airboxes suck... I have 2 edges, and this is how I fingered out how to do it.

Loosen the carb boots
unhook the airbox and tilt forward with the carbs
pull carbs out of airbox, and remove airbox
pull carbs

reverse order for installation. I could not, for the life of me, get the airbox onto the carbs right, if the carbs didn't go into the airbox before the airboc going back into teh chassis.
