1996 zrt with black magic pipes and cans with v force 3 reeds whats the horse power?? Also would this be to loud so you would get a ticket? I live in Wisconsin.

stock horsepower on the zrt is 118, add the black magic your probably looking at 130-135hp, reeds probably give you a couple more hp your looking at 138-140hp

I wouldn't worry about a ticket if you're staying outside of town for the most part and not pulling in your driveway at 2 a.m. Just use a little common sense and you should be O.K.
That being said though, you know some cops are just out there to f with sleds or anyone else having fun. Then you're f-ed. Most I run into are cool though.
