i am looking for HP figures on a 2000 polaris rmk 800. non variable exhaust engine. can anyone help? thanks, -peter

umm...I think it is in the high 120's to mid 130's. Not sure though. WIll find out exact numbers tonight.

Looks to me from what i found that the Stock RMK 800 twin put out 127 Horsepower straight from the factory.

How about on a (1) '02 600 RMK, (2) '02 800 RMK and (3) '02 700 MM.

The 600 is around 117
The 700 is around 127
The 800 is around 138

I think this is about right. I will find out for sure tonight.

The 800 would be the same as the RMK although you might gain a little HP if you don't ride in the mountains.

I have a 2001 XC 800 SP.
It is rated at around 127 to 133 out of the box.
Add ons will of course bring it up quite a bit.
I was expecting more HPs out of the box, but with this engine, there are lots of HPs waiting to brought out with aftermarket extras.
