As of yesterday we still had decent snow cover in the Harbor Springs area on the trails....BUT....after today....most of our snowbanks are disappearing and I imagine the trails are just about dirt after this last weekend of riding.
In my Northern Michigan 4-10 post I mentioned that there will be nearly no snow until Christmas...according to accuweather.com....BUT it's hard to predict lake effect. Bring it on! I just read that in 1995 today....Sault Ste. Marie got done with a 5 day storm that brought in like 61 inches of snow. Let's get out and do our heiki lunta dances over the next couple weeks!
