Just looking for some opinions/experiences from those who have done an extra-10 front in an older indy (early 90's). I tried searching but didn't come up with too much. I was just wondering what shocks you used? THe xtra-10's are 15 3/4" but they don't seem to fit. On my 92 with all 98 supersport stuff (except sway bar) i only have 15" eye-to-eye with the sway bar slid all the way back in the trailing arm hole. I did notice that the tierod boot is about 1" taller on the xtra-10 so i am wondering if that means the upper shock mount is higher too.

Just wondering what other peoples experiences are?

thanks.

I just picked up a wedge tunnel with xtra 10 front and rear already done from a member on the forum. The sled isn't running or complete yet, but he did have the tie rod holes enlarged and some welding done to reinforce it. His username is ferntfernt.

Shoot him a PM. You may also need the swaybar from the xtra 10, but I'm not positive.
