I bought a 96 Polaris XLT 600 sks that is all stock looks boring.

I want to add

Chrome hand guards

Handle bar hooks

3 inch risers

Purple belly pan.

Low wind shield

Brand new Plastic skis

I like the hood that's on my other xlt so I am gonna swap hoods.

Any more ideas I want to keep the motor stock and the sled is already clutched.

Acctually you hit most of it. you dont want to do to much to an older sled and not get any of your money back, or waste money on things that dont really matter, that 3" riser will give it a nice touch and the plastic skies will preform alot better then the steal ones. ive had to indys and im trying to think what else was a good addition to them. When i owned my xcf, the shocks were 11 years old so i replace all four shocks and she rode really smooth after that.

Foot grips maybe?

I'd make sure the sled has life in it to make it worth the investment. Other than that, sounds like it will be a nice looking machine.
