Hey all

Just freshened up the XCR 800 motor with new pistons, case ported, cylinder ported, heads done up, vforce reeds, clutched, geared, bored and rebuilt the carbs. My question is should I buy a Jaws can for it? Will it help or slow it down? Thanks in advance.

Cheers

A bunch of people running the XCR triples in many forms. They should be able to help.

I didn't know Jaws made a can for the XCR 800. I tried a Dyno port style silencer on my XCR and it slowed down a little, plus it was loud so I took it back off.

Your stock can will give you the most hp in most situations. but those jaws cans do sound good.
