i never had dragged this sled before, but last night 4 other guys wanted to see what it had. i think it was 2 polaris 500's, 1 polaris 600, and 1 polaris 7 or 800. My sled Killed them all. I couldnt beleive it. It wasn't even close! it was soo cool. I waited at the end for them all.

only mods to my sled are
a clutch from a newer cat with 500 miles on it, a clucth kit, and ufos in carbs, 144 pics, and 93 octane.

some 96 ZRTs are fast. My cousins whoppe up on other ZRTs. Would race piped ones with his simply clutched and tipped one and beat them. I raced him once on my 96 XCR 600 SP(triple piper). I got the holeshot and was off and about 3/4 of the way down the 1/4 mile he just BLASTED me. I mean like I was doing 100 on my Speedo and he shot past me like he hit the nitro.(Which it didn't ahve )

Yeah I have heard those ZRT's can be real nasty too!

no i am not lieing. why would i lie? they guy i bought mine from said that when the sled was stock it was a dog out of the hole. the clutch kit helped alot. kicks in a 5000.
one of the 500's was bored, and the 700 had some stuff done to it also. i am not sure what.
on the way back i raced the 600 again
by the time i hit the gas he was at the tips of my skis. he got a good head start. 1\8 mile down he hit a bump. was still crankin. and i passed. hehehe
the guy i bought it from said he raced other zrt's and won
