check out the Banff thread. Seems like the Rockies could see a few more flatlanders this year! Maybe have to make a SF ride and plan ourselves a good trip!

Depending on the length of your trip.
Golden has Quartz Creek which is a good area
a good one that Slabm7 said would be Revy (boulder mnt.)

Agree, Revy or Golden with have rentals.

Also well know areas, with easy acess for travelers. We should try and hammer out a date, for rentals and rooms. thoughts??

Myself, Jonsie and a few others are planning on Valemount Jan 2-5 or so.

Im hoping to do a early Dec to Revy, Vale - Jan, Revy/Golden Feb and march

Vale is about 4-5 hrs outta edm. on hwy 5, south of the 16 junction. From Regina? 16-18hrs?

Agree, been to Fernie and enjoyed it a bunch, and if the conditions are right its a BLAST. It is closer for me to hit the #3 hiway sled areas, but Revy is a place all must exp.
