unfortunatly, sounds a little low but its not gonna get a whole lot better.

Adjust your track so its as loose as you can get it withought ratcheting problems, make sure its perfectly aligned, Check all bearings in drivetrain, Clutch alignment, and jetting. All of these play a role in the efficiency of your sled. You may be able to get it a little better. Good luck
