I think that it would be great for engine work. When I was doing the conversion on the sno pro, I found myself hunched over the front of the sled. I think that if you could get the whole sled about 2 feet higher, you would be working in the engine like you would be standing up and writing something on your kitchen table. IMO much better. Most of the time I would be sitting on a bucket or milk crate so that I would be lower to the sled. I even left the sled on its dollies to get that added 4 in of height. If I had the SPACE and the money I would get one fast. Tim at TES racing has a few of those tubler ones like in the pics. He does most of his work on those. Even carb tuning.
