98 XLT Touring. I went to fire it up today and bring it down off the trailer after giving it a good once over. Good fluid levels (oil, gas, coolant), no mouse nests, nothing made it's way into the air box, battery is charged, etc. Went to crank it (electric start) and she turned right over but wouldn't fire, regardless of choke or not. I double checked the position of the kill switch and made sure there were no loose wires and that the spark plug wires were seated, as well as tightened down the battery terminals. Still nothing.
Got out the inline spark tester and thought I had no spark. I went back out to test all the cylinders and it is only getting the slightest of orange sparks in the tester. No spark is something I can trace down, but where do I start looking for a weak spark condition? I have the service manual but it only goes through troubleshooting for no spark. I'm a half-decent garage mechanic, but ignitions like this are definitely my weak point, so feel free to be specific.
