UH....put a jack under your bulkhead. Put the new ones on.
If you got new skis for the doolies this would be a good time to put those on too. I'm not tryin to be a smart a$$ but it's that easy. Unless there's somthing your not telling us.
 
Easiest way Ive found is to take the ski off the sled, start at front of carbide and work your way back. Get all carbide studs slightly in the hole and bang them the rest of the way with a hammer. The nuts will draw it tight.
 
You just put the sled on it's side and bolt em on! Then put the sled on the other side and bolt em on! then your done!

but i would get a buddy to hold the sled out of the dirt...
 
I loosen them up, then jack up the front and change them out. Why flip it over if you dont have to? And taking off the skis is a waste of time!!! Just so you know sometimes you have to drill out the hole in very front so the hook goes in for different brand carbides
