I drove home to Hawley tonight from Underwood MN, no more than 55mph, and almost bit the ditch once, what ever happened to winter, I remember it being more than a month long before!

Ok, just looked at a couple different weather sites, one said maybe 3-4" of snow now, not 12", but next week is suppose to be cold, but the snow will be completely shot if we don't get more, WTF!

whatever snow there is in northern Vermont is going to be completely wiped out on monday. they are saying torrential rain and flooding. just as the trails were getting better it will be 45 degrees and raining. [baldy]

of course right after the trails get wiped out its gonna get cold again (below 0 at night and teens during the day) but still no snow in the forecast.

mother nature is really being a bitch this year.

Yeah, it's raining and in the 30s here. All the snow is melting. This sucks so hardcore. I spent all this money on a sled this year and I got a few weeks of riding in. I'm completely losing faith. I haven't had a winter in Wisconsin in 3 years because I was away at school, and this is what I get. My heart and bank account are weeping.

hopefuly we'll get hammered in feb. like the last 3 years. we've gotten feet of snow.

Not raining here yet, just a light mist most of the day. Hav'nt rode my sled for 2 weeks and is driving me nuts. If winters dont get better I'll keep this 900 for a runner here, get a rmk and take a weeks vacation and head to the mountains. I'm getting more jealous of the rest of the guys on this forum posting those glorious powder pics!! If we manage to get 3-4" of wet snow and it gets cold we'll be o.k but if not these trails are DONE. No significant snow looks to be in the forcast after this weather system comes through. Was supposed to go to the U.P. this wknd but they have the same weather so have to wait till next wknd.

^^Trouble is, the Rockies are having a horrible year too. Snowpack is sparse at best.
