Dude Iove your 440, been wanting one to. I want the 05' but would settle with the 04' for the wife. Are your handguards transluscent?

ya they are translucent and i think i got the best year for ac 440 sno pros '04 and '05 have 5 gallon tank and the bars aren't set up for trail riding think it would be a pain to mod it the whole steering system is different from what i have seen

Nice sled, I like the hook up on the start. Never been an AC fan but I'm not that discriminating and iI like the looks of your sled. Nice mods.

My friend has that sled as his trail/nonrace sled(he doesn't really trail ride). Anyway, you don't need different heads, you need to go to your local AC dealer and get the CDI reprogrammed to run on 92 octane. Along with jetting/clutching that might need to be changed.

I talked to my buddy at school yesterday and he said that after you reprogram the CDI you run the 02 Sno Pro Cross Country jetting. Other than that you shouldn't have to change anything else.
