I have a ski-doo grand touring 800cc sled. All at once I lost power to my head and tail lights, my break light, all my gauges, and the handle grip Warner's. I have electric start, and that still works. The sled runs fine. I replaced the voltage regulator, checked for burnt wires near the muffler, and checked all the fuzes I could find, and I can't find the problem. Any advice would greatly be appreciated. Thank you, Jay

check all your grounds also, make sure they are clean, and whenever u do electrical work on a sled always use die-electric grease wherever possible, and go heavy. just my 2cents

It is located behind the flywheel, which is behind your starter recoil, some special tools are needed to remove the stator and associated parts
To see a picture, google image ski doo stator

I know you had this problem a while ago but i have a the sam electrical issues with my 800 1999 grand touring .
only no spark and the starter does not engage the fly wheel when turning over and will not start with the pill cord.
Do you have any advice of what I should be looking at?
