Yeah so I was out carving in one of the local fields when my clutch got stuck in high. I turned the sled off and popped the hood only to find the outside sheave broke in half! I'm pissed! All this snow Wisconsin is finally getting and now I can't ride. Would any of you know where I could get a hold of another good condition P85 Primary for a reasonable price??

I got one off of a 02' xc 600 and I am in southern wi, just off the I.

be careful what you buy on e-bay....There are some idiots selling cobbled up clutches. Bought one early this year, supposed to be for a 1998 xc 700. Date stamp on the cover was 95, the X's did not line up, had the wrong primary spring, and had different size weights in it. It was a P.O.S. I DID get my cash back and reported him to e-bay.

well, the p85 is very popular clutch so you need to watch ebay, also some one may have put a clutch kit in it also. if there is enough time contact the seller and have them get the part number off the back and check it against yours. also the domestic twins have a different taper then the Fuji triples. if you have any clutch tools you could just get the sheave and have it swapped.
