I have a 2001 supersport with the edge IFS suspension in the front, and I am not sure what it is in the back. I am looking to adjust the rear suspension for a more firm ride, but i cant figure out where to do it. Up towards the front of the track is one shock with a coil around it, and the other shock is at the back and just looks like a gas shock of some sort. I dont have the owners manual since I bought i used. Does anyone know how to adjust? Thanks,
Rich

Hi cat 340,

Go on the rear of your suspention up under the tunnel you will see one big coil spring on eatch side of the tunnel if you look on the cross shaft that is bolted on you will se that the end of the coul rest on a plastic bloc not look on the plastic block there is a 5/8 or 9/16 head if you turn that the hight of the block will change resulting in a stiffer ride or smoother one the rear shock is a reg haudralic shock and the front one alsow is haudralic with a coil in it some models have a treted washer on the end of the coil if so you can adjust the tention there now this shock is more for the small bumps at hig speed .

Thanks hope i helped
