All I know is there are 3 consecutive storms headed to the NorthEast... anyone else hear any details?

A couple of them are supposed to come across country "vertically", now how can they possibly miss us! (yeah yeah I know)

Yeah the weatherman last night showed the graphic for Sunday and the title was "whoa boy". They say Saturday/Sunday's storm orginated in Japan, and is just so big that, it will be a major MAJOR event for those unFORTUNATE enough to get hit with the center of it. They have it predicted to be kinda on the south side of NY (good for me), but it will stretch to several states.... so if ya don't get snow from this one... then there is certainly some BAAAD luck goin on

When you say the south side of NY, do you mean completely south of NY or just the southern part of the state?

dont remind me. were going to get missed by it. Maine. that sucks. but we got 3-4 inches here and about a foot on the east side of the state so i cant complain.

Lets not count it our for Maine yet. This storm with any luck being as big as it is could easily change direction and hit us, would be a nice Nor'easter too.[:D] Keep your fingers crossed and hope for the best. We got 6" last night and trails are being groomed . Not a whole lotta base yet but from Eustice to West Forks has been nice for a few weeks. Ice is getting safer too. I'm riding this weekend.[;)]

Well now I am hearing that Otsego county is going to get the majority of the snow... as far as NY is concerned. Any of you guys want to ride some trails, drop me a note and leave from "the backyard". Will probably be headed out early Saturday morning from Oneonta... till whenever, and Sunday also.

Just got back home from Rutland,Vermont.Their preparing for it at the airport there.Hopefully they are right.

mmmmmmm...looks like i might have to travel south to get to more snow....go figure
